~~Other Qoutes that have stuck with me~~

If you are drawn to an enlightened teacher, it is because there is already enough presence in you to recognize presence in another. - Ania Jasiejko

"By feeling the vibrational state you wish to be in, you amplify it; you strengthen it. And if you also include a coherent emotional state such as appreciation or gratitude for the vibrational reality, you will hasten its birth."

"The beliefs held in your subconscious affect your life immeasurably. It's your best friend and more. It is your obedient servant and will always cause you to act on whatever beliefs you program into it. Most of your life is lived based on what your subconscious is led to believe. It dictates whether you fail or succeed, have a poor lifestyle or a great one."

If a thousand people stand up and say something stupid, its still stupid! Consensus does not make the untrue true. In fact, sometimes the majority just means that all of the fools are on one side! - Casey Combden

★¸¸.☆¨¯`★☀♥ ~~My Personal Qoutes that I have made~~ ★¸¸.☆¨¯`★☀♥

One must willingly break down through fear, to naturally break open in Love. One must become (((Aware))) of all the ego has absorbed through its own illusion of time, to then let go of it. One must willingly break from their limited illusion of reality, to naturally crack the shell into their Infinite spiritual existance. Freeing one's spirit, cleanses the experience of that which IS Now~

The egoic mind is like a closed box containing a maze, always cycling dead-ends. When the shell of the ego breaks, to allow Soul to flow through us, the mazes become open-ended and more confusing for awhile. When Soul takes over, comprehension of a box or maze evaporates, as we simply enjoy our Freedom...♥

~♥~ When one truly understands ONEness with all that is or even living in the moment. It almost becomes mind-blowing in a sense, to try to understand our own separation or conflict with one another ~♥~

~The Best Remedy For Depression Is Meditation, Not Medication~

Spirituality is a natural evolving enlightenment where we find pure truth through the immense light and love that it gives us and through the knowing of our true being we access our God-mind and collective Divine (Christ) consiousness.

Earth = Heart. May all our Hearts be One with Earth and All that IS~

Picture a ball of light in our being trapped within us struggling to be noticed. And Once we start to find this Light within us, we begin to embrace the feeling of unconditional Love and this light starts to grow and expand until it overlaps the surface of our physical being... this is when you truly begin to radiate waves of Love~

When we begin to embrace the Love and Light that we are, we start to feel this spiritual euphoric feeling and we become very sensitive to any and all energy around us. We begin to feel how positive/negative energy really does affect us. Now when we look back in our lives our mind almost regrets or feels guity for things we have done or did not do or ways we did not feel. After we embrace the Love and Light, we than realize and understand how our ego tries so hard to bring us back to living in the condtioned mind. We all know there is no going back and I Know we would not have it any other way.

The smallest seed(s) in the mind can make the biggest creations~

When we begin to live in the moment and let positive energy consume us we start falling away from the negative people in our lives and suddenly new positive people start to come into our lives. And then the negative people we once knew come back to us wondering... What happen?! :)

May the Waves of Love in this ocean of Life carry on within you and around you~

~One who becomes of the Light, deems to shed that Light unto others~

The words from the Soul are the best kind of words. They are words of Pure Truth and Feeling~

The most Beautiful connection is when time seems to just fly by, or feels like you are not even aware of the sense of time~ ♥

I feel that when people notice another overcoming fear or showing that they really are overcoming fear makes the people living in fear even more afriad because they themselves dont understand how you could overcome it and it becomes very intimidating and people do get turned off by you or they get inspired or their ego becomes very jealous of you but they cant help it~

Feelings have a much Higher state of Vibration than the Mind does. If you Feel you Live in Darkness you attract negative energy and a Lost path. If you Feel Afraid, you Attract more 'things' that will make you Fearful. If you Feel Unconditional Love, then Love for all, without Negative Attachment will surround you. If you Feel you Live in Light, you Attract Positive Energy and your path will Be Truly Brightened.

If you Feel Attachment, you are in a state of Wanting or Lacking.

If you Feel Temptation, you Attract Desire to want.

If you Feel you Live in Drama, Drama will surround and Escalate around you.

If you Feel that people are Annoying you, then they will even more.

If you Feel Anxiety, then you are almost always in a state of Uncomfotable Nervousness.

If you Feel Selfish, people will Sense a very powerful Ego and you Push them away before you Realize it.

If you Feel Guilt, then you are always Feeling obligated to that Guilt.

If you Feel Depressed, then you are almost constantly in a state of Negative Vibration.

~Do not dwell on the suffering of 'past' for it has already passed~ Do not feel or think of the 'future' as an obstacle or it will be. Live Life, in the Here and Now~ For the Here and Now is what matters~ This present moment in which are Beings are existing in~ Just Be!

Of Ascetics, Hedonists, and Survivalists

Through my many years of living in this lifetime I have met all kinds of people from all different cultures and countries. The experience of diversity has been very rich and precious. However, almost 99.9% of them fall into one of three categories. These are Ascetics, Hedonists, or Survivalists. Survivalists are centered on the root chakra and the predominance of their thinking and energy is focused on the best way to survive in this world. The Hedonists are centered in the second or pleasure chakra and their thinking and energy focus on any and all kinds of pleasure typically purchased by money or ego centered relationships. The Ascetic or moralists is centered on the third or manipura chakra and their thinking and energy is focused on right and wrong or good and evil according to their beliefs, values, and viewpoints. It is however still dominated by ego. It is also true that at different points in my life experience I have been in one of these three categories and know them well.

What I have recently found over the past five years or so is another way of being called the Middle Way. It is cultivated by the experiencing and balancing of all of these fixed positions by becoming aware of their center in the middle. It embraces all the chakras including the highest and lowest, and is closely related to the way of Tao and Tantra, which teach the way of acceptance and flow without getting stuck in fixed positions.

It embraces the idea that a true holy life is not one of pursuing moralistic idealism, but of living without denial, and accepting all things as holy and divine. It embraces all of life's energies in a continual flow of peace and surrender so that not even one speck of the universe is considered bad or wrong. This is life as a whole, not dividing anything.

Twelve Signs of Spiritual Awakening

Twelve Signs
by Benjamin Ka-han McAvoy Spirit Guide

1. Body aches and pains, especially in the neck, shoulder and back. This is the result of intense changes at your DNA level as the "Christ seed" awakens within. This too shall pass.

2. Feeling of deep inner sadness for no apparent reason. You are releasing your past (this lifetime and others) and this causes the feeling of sadness. This is similar to the experience of moving from a house where you lived in for many, many years into a new house. As much as you want to move into the new house, there is a sadness of leaving behind the memories, energy and experiences of the old house. This too shall pass.

3. Crying for no apparent reason. Similar to #2 above. It's good and healthy to let the tears flow. It helps to release the old energy within. This too shall pass.

4. Sudden change in job or career. A very common symptom. As you change, things around you will change as well. Don't worry about finding the "perfect" job or career right now. This too shall pass. You're in transition and you may make several job changes before you settle into one that fits your passion.

5. Withdrawal from family relationships. You are connected to your biological family via old karma. When you get off the karmic cycle, the bonds of the old relationships are released. It will appear as though you are drifting away from your family and friends. This too shall pass. After a period of time, you may develop a new relationship with them if it is appropriate. However, the relationship will be based in the new energy without the karmic attachments.

6. Unusual sleep patterns. It's likely that you'll awaken many nights between 2:00 and 4:00 AM. There's a lot of work going on within you, and it often causes you to wake up for a "breather." Not to worry. If you can't go back to sleep, get up and do something rather than lay in bed and worry about humanly things. This too shall pass.7. Intense dreams. These might include war and battle dreams, chase dreams or monster dreams. You are literally releasing the old energy within, and these energies of the past are often symbolized as wars, running to escape and boogiemen. This too shall pass.

8. Physical disorientation. At times you'll feel very ungrounded. You'll be "spatially challenged" with the feeling like you can't put two feet on the ground, or that you're walking between two worlds. As your consciousness transitions into the new energy, you body sometimes lags behind. Spend more time in nature to help ground the new energy within. This too shall pass.

9. Increased "self talk." You'll find yourself talking to your Self more often. You'll suddenly realize you've been chattering away with yourself for the past 30 minutes. There is a new level of communication taking place within your being, and you're experiencing the tip of the iceberg with the self talk. The conversations will increase, and they will become more fluid, more coherent and more insightful. You're not going crazy, you're just Shaumbra moving into the new energy.

10. Feelings of loneliness, even when in the company of others. You may feel alone and removed from others. You may feel the desire to "flee" groups and crowds. As Shaumbra, you are walking a sacred and lonely path. As much as the feelings of loneliness cause you anxiety, it is difficult to relate to others at this time. The feelings of loneliness are also associated with the fact that your Guides have departed. They have been with you on all of your journeys in all of your lifetimes. It was time for them to back away so you could fill your space with your own divinity. This too shall pass. The void within will be filled with the love and energy of your own Christ consciousness.

11. Loss of passion. You may feel totally disimpassioned, with little or no desire to do anything. That's OK, and it's just part of the process. Take this time to "do no-thing." Don't fight yourself on this, because this too shall pass. It's similar to rebooting a computer. You need to shut down for a brief period of time in order to load the sophisticated new software, or in this case, the new Christ-seed energy.

12. A deep longing to go Home. This is perhaps the most difficult and challenging of any of the conditions. You may experience a deep and overwhelming desire to leave the planet and return to Home. This is not a "suicidal" feeling. It is not based in anger or frustration. You don't want to make a big deal of it or cause drama for yourself or other. There is a quiet part of you that wants to go Home. The root cause for this is quite simple. You have completed your karmic cycles. You have completed your contract for this lifetime. You are ready to begin a new lifetime while still in this physical body. During this transition process, you have an inner remembrance of what it is like to be on the other side.

Are you ready to enlist for another tour of duty here on Earth? Are you ready to take on the challenges of moving into the New Energy? Yes, indeed you could go Home right now. But you've come this far, and after many, many lifetimes it would be a shame to leave before the end of the movie. Besides, Spirit needs you here to help others transition into the new energy. They will need a human guide, just like you, who has taken the journey from the old energy into the new. The path you're walking right now provides the experiences to enable you to become a Teacher of the New Divine Human. As lonely and dark as your journey can be at times, remember that you are never alone.

From Super Achiever to Super Contributor

Home An article I found on the Laughter Yoga Website I wanted to share with you all!

From Super Achiever to Super Contributor
.Dr Madan Kataria
Are you unhappy? Don't worry, you're not alone. Most people belong to this ‘unhappy club’. In fact, I too was a member of the same club before starting the Laughter clubs in 1995. Years of experience and understanding of life taught me that happiness is not something you can go looking for; it does not come easy when you seek it. It is a state of mind and you need to feel good from within to be able to experience real and unconditional happiness. One way that you can achieve it very easily and effortlessly is when if you give happiness to others. The selfless joy of striving to make others happy leaves you with an abundance of happiness in your life; it provides you with a sense of contentment which is unparalleled.

I would like to share a story which depicts the real purpose of life for everyone:

I was honored with a Super Achievers award on January 4, 2007 by an educational institute in Pune, India, which awarded people for their outstanding contribution and innovation in different fields of science, art, culture and education.

It was a gratifying moment as I held the trophy in my hand. I felt humbled and was really moved by the response of the people. After the warm felicitation, I was expected to say a few words about my achievements. As I took to the dais, I looked at the trophy and felt a kind of spontaneous rush within and much to the amazement of the audience, I said, “I don’t think I’m a super achiever”. I knew they didn’t expect this, but the words came straight from my heart.

When I was young, I always wanted to be a super achiever and become rich and famous. I wanted to prove to the world that I was a high flier and a go-getter. But, it was not easy. The struggle was very long and hard. It left me unhappy, stressed and depressed. As I approached my 40s, I felt that time was running out and I hadn’t really achieved much. I was getting restless and the drive to attain and accomplish became even more intense. At that point, I was only thinking of myself, the others were just secondary.

Suddenly, life took a U-turn and I came up with an ingenious idea of Laughter Clubs. People advised me to patent the idea as it could make me a millionaire, and I must admit that I was very tempted to go ahead and fulfill my life long ambition. But, within six months, I started receiving hundreds of letters and e-mails from people all over the world saying how laughter clubs changed their lives. This again managed to stir my innate desire to become rich and famous. Seeing the growing popularity of the clubs, I thought of charging a small membership fee, which would generate a substantial income. I had almost made up mind, until this incidence changed my entire perspective and gave me a new direction. The age old adage, ‘Man proposes God disposes’ made me do something which I never ever thought I could.

One day, in December 1995, 85 year old Babu Rao, came to my clinic with his son. As soon as he entered, he fell at my feet. Momentarily uncomfortable at seeing an elderly man touch my feet, I knew this was customary in India. It was just a way to show respect and gratitude. I had done it all my life with parents and elders in the family, so I accepted it and took it in my stride.

After a while, he started crying and kept crying for almost five minutes. He could barely talk. As he wept, he kept repeating, “Doctor, you’ve saved my life.” I picked him up, gave him a hug and tried to pacify him. As I started talking, he offered me a box of homemade sweets. He told me he had been suffering from several diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, insomnia and depression. Fed up of life, he contemplated suicide, but fortunately, he joined a laughter club, which changed his whole perception. A month later, he felt much better and his sugar and blood pressure levels stabilized. There was a new resurgence of a will to live and he felt completely rejuvenated. I was moved to tears on hearing his account. Seeing his belief in my concept humbled me and for the first time, I realised the value of true contribution; something that can change a person’s entire life is to be cherished and shared with the world. It can never be equated with money.

After that, I decided to tour India. I came across several people who had benefited from laughter- nature’s most powerful healing force and the best medicine for physical and emotional and mental well being. Seeing the growing popularity, I realized it wasn’t me - it was a divine idea and I was merely a medium who helped to spread the good word. I dropped the idea of patenting the concept and charging a fee.

It was a gift that I was going to give to the world. That day, I felt happy and relieved.

This unique concept captivated the people and gained tremendous popularity worldwide mainly because it encompassed everyone. It was not about me. It was an idea that helped people get the feel of complete wellness, happiness and joy. As the concept spread, my dream to become world-famous was fulfilled. Money and respect started pouring in and I soon realized that I had everything that I ever wanted from life. I understood the importance of placing others before one self.

This is what I spoke to a packed house of 600 people attending the ceremony:

“Ladies and gentlemen, thank you very much for honoring me with super achiever award. I don’t think I am a super achiever. I would rather call myself a super contributor. The times when I was striving, struggling and pushing too hard to accomplish something in life, I found it was very difficult. It was not easy and I was quite frustrated. Nothing was ever enough as it was all directed towards myself. But, when I started thinking about others and planned to do things that would help people, life became simple. I could easily achieve everything by making a worthwhile contribution to the world and making a difference to the lives of hundreds of thousands of people around the world. There is an old saying – ‘Whatever you give out to the universe, it comes back’. This is the circle of life.

Inspired by the speech, the chairman of the Institute said that they would like to change the name of the award from ‘Super Achiever’ to ‘Super Contributor.’

The Thread

As I was reading some part of Ram Das website last night, this quote just kind of hit me deep inside so I thought I would share it with you!

"We’re determined beings to the extent that we are unfolding in a completely lawful and orderly way. It’s karma. I can look back through all the different minds of my life and see the same thread to all my successes, failures, epiphanies, depressions, cravings etc. Since I was a kid, the seed for awakening was there. I have been dancing the beautifully tragic dance and getting caught time and again. And then I see Blake remember, and he advances on to the next phase of his being. “If you could stand back far enough and watch the whole process…”

Remember the thread is always there no matter what!

Realty Television

Recently I've had a lot of free time on my hands so I spent several hours a day watching reality TV. At first it was quite novel and in some ways entertaining. Primarily most shows are a Birdseye view of other individuals, families, or businesses as they live and interact each day. Inevitably, they all turn into dramas and issues surrounding, drugs, alcohol, sex, fame, relationship conflicts, etc. etc.
By about the third month I began to tire of the same old story on each show being regurgitated again and again in changing circumstances and different forms. Then I realized that these lives of drama and tragedy are the basis of huge profit for not only the characters in these shows, but also for all the producers, employees, and networks involved. Millions and millions are being made at the expense of human misery and tragedy. It is almost as bad as blood diamonds that have financed civil war in Africa and all the carnage that it entails. We live in an age when the world needs to see and be inspired by the highest aspects of the human spirit and soul.Unfortunately, societies appetite for the opposite still grips both the individual and collective consciousness of humanity. Please remember when you watch these shows you are supporting this system of darkness and tragedy whether you understand it or not.
